The Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) calculations are a mandatory requirement  for all new dwellings in England and Wales. They produce the official SAP report and Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) required to demonstrate compliance with current Part L Building Regulations weather new build or formed via change of use.

SAP evaluates the energy performance of new-build homes, refurbishments, and conversions, delivering a clear and accessible EPC that informs occupants about the dwelling’s expected energy consumption and efficiency

SAP Reports are undertaken at the design and final stages of your project, with expert advice provided on achieving Part L compliance where required.

Our fixed price for a SAP assessment always includes:

Design Stage SAP

- BREL Compliance Report

- Calculated U-Values from proposed specifications

- Predicted Energy Assessment (PEA)

As-Built SAP

- BREL Compliance Report

- Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)

There are no hidden fees.

We also offer unlimited reviews and revisions to the building fabric throughout the design phase, should you wish to explore alternative insulation, heating, or renewable options.

SAP Assessments 10.2 & 10.3
